Nigel Xu is a New York–based architectural project lead working across cultural/civic, institutional, and retail environments. His experience spans concept design through construction administration, with previous roles at Shigeru Ban Architects, Morphosis Architects, Rogers Partners, and LiRo-Hill. He holds a BFA from Parsons School of Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
Recent Work
Modernization of the historic Manhattan Municipal Building, integrating upgraded elevator lobbies, interiors, lighting, and life-safety systems within a landmarked civic environment. The project balances contemporary performance requirements with preservation of the building’s architectural character.
